In Info Systems of Organizations, I learned a lot of valuable information that I will take with me into my future courses and beyond. The first topic I would like to reflect on is supply chain management. As a consumer, it is important to me to know about how products are developed, and the process that brings them to me. In this course, I learned about the supply chain, which is the network involved that is used to deliver goods and services. Learning about the supply chain management system helped me to see the process of goods and services. Many decisions are made by companies, such as the four key decisions that are related to manufacturing: Location, Industry, Production, and Transportation.

The second topic in the course that I will reflect on is intelligent agents. This is a very interesting topic because it is becoming more and more relevant each year. We use intelligent agents in our daily lives, which has privacy concerns for many people. This is innovative software that has not been around for many decades. Therefore, it is still being improved upon as time goes on. We see that it is not only being used in e-commerce, but for monitoring and surveillance as well. I am interested to see how intelligent agents grow in the future, and how they will affect businesses and citizens. Will they cause more harm than good? I personally do not believe so because there are so many benefits.

Lastly, the third topic is AI or artificial intelligence. This is a topic that is growing in popularity, as it becomes more widely used by the public. There are several ethical issues of AI, which were touched on in the course. For example, there are AI mistakes. When AI programs are not fully developed or deployed, this can cause issues. For example, there is a chance of self driving cars malfunctioning and causing accidents. Also, there can be bias behind AI technology because it is developed by people who may have these biases. These things should be taken into account if and when we decide to use this type of technology.
