Work Experience

I currently work at Hillsborough Community College as a staff technician and have been since April 2021. I began as a federal work study student assistant, then was promoted in 2021 to a position of technician.

I enjoy helping students on a daily basis with their class registration and enrolling in college. I find fulfillment in helping others reach their goals. Every day I feel inspired by the stories I hear of students explaining their situations and how they are persevering through their academic journeys.

Skills

Some of the skills that I have developed at this position include customer service, organization, interpersonal skills, and oral and written communication.

Extracurricular Activities

I enjoy and take great interest in fitness. I exercise each week. I also love hiking and sightseeing. Some other activities I partake in are practicing guitar and bowling.

I love to travel and have just come back from my trip to Puerto Rico. I plan to visit St. Augustine after the semester ends.
